As I look back over my culinary journey…Boy, does that sound “corny”, stromboli would have to be listed as my very first “specialty”. It was always the dish my family asked me to bring to every gathering and I believe it was featured, at some point, in every restaurant I ever worked. Enjoy!

This recipe makes 4 doughs...Not going to use them all now? No problem, this size will fit nicely into a gallon ziplock style bag, store in your fridge for a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
