Grilled Cajun-Spiced Flank Steak with Horseradish BBQ Sauce 764

Ingredients

1 flank steak (2-2 ½ Lb.)
½ C. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Cajun spice

Horseradish BBQ Sauce
Blend this a day ahead!
Blend all the ingredients together and warm at time of service…
1 C. of your favorite prepared BBQ sauce
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
¼ C. dried bell pepper flakes
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. dried minced garlic

Directions

Marinate the steak no less than 4 hours but as long as 10 hours is fine. Take out your aggressions on the flank steak by stabbing it all over with a fork. Blend olive oil, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and Cajun spice. For best results use a freezer strength resealable bag, place in the flank steak, pour over marinade, seal the bag and store in refrigerator until “grill time”.

Grill the Cajun-Spiced Flank over a medium heat, turning it over evenly once in awhile. For a medium-rare (which is perfect). Look for a 130 degree center temp. Now, it’s time to slice and slather! Slice the steak thin across the grain. Save any beef juices to stir into the warm Horseradish BBQ Sauce. Spoon the sauce over the sliced meat and enjoy!
