My wife, Norrie and I, opened our own home-style restaurant in 1987 in Lakeville, Ohio.  After 8 years of fine tuning comfort cookin' in a rural area, I got a taste for greater challenges.

As Executive Chef of The Wooster Inn on the campus of The College of Wooster, I continued my education at some of the best culinary schools in the country.  The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY first sparked my interest in the wine regions of the Hudson Valley, the Finger Lakes, and into the wine trails of the Great Lakes. My appreciation of not only the wines, but the local products of these areas fueled my creativity.  Over the years, I have enhanced my culinary expertise as Executive Chef at some of the finest New York Finger Lakes establishments.  I have also presented more new brides & grooms with their first meal as husband and wife than I can count and I have entertained many a family party with my memorable singing of Happy Birthday...you should hear me do Elvis!

With my many years of culinary experience, I have created numerous special recipes, made easy just for you to enjoy!  Now you can see me on television stations across the United States and in over 50 countries! I’ll show you how to make and enjoy my original recipes.
